I intend to file a freedom to see what I can dig up. I have another Handy Gun that the ATF added a "3" to the end of the serial number on the form 4. I don't know if that showed as a double as well. Both of these guns do have a 3 stamped on the barrel as they are chambered for 3" shells. I've recently been approached on another Handy Gun.
